            General Use Building Fees for Private Functions

A. Class Room                        $75 
                               (plus a refundable $100 Deposit)   
                                       

B. Gallery                              $500 
                              (plus a refundable $250 Deposit)   
                                       

C. Legacy Gardens                $750  
                               (plus a refundable $250 Deposit)    
                                        
                          

All CGW Members receive a %10 Discount on any Rental

Please Note:

*There is a $75 Clean-up fee on Gallery and Garden Rentals in addition to general fee
*A CGW Rental Agreement must be signed in order to hold venue.
*All security deposits are refundable within fourteen (14) days if the Museum is undamaged.
*Fees and deposit are due a mininum of two (2) weeks prior to event
*Members have to have held membership for at least thirty (30) days prior to booking events and receive discount
